These terms and conditions constitute Altura´s agreement with you for the sale of accommodation. Please read them carefully, before proceeding with your booking. They apply to all bookings made with Altura and to all members of your party. Altura acts as booking agent on behalf of all the hotels, apartments and villas featured on this website.
Altura reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query, please contact Altura.
1. How to make a booking
Simply complete the details in the booking section of this website to make your reservation and make the payment. It is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence. At the same time Altura will supply a voucher, which you should print and present to the hotel on arrival. It is essential you carefully check that all details of your booking are confirmed correctly at the time you print off the voucher and invoice.
If there are two or more people in your party, the person who makes the booking must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers and accepts responsibility for making all payments due for all members of the party including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information. All personal information submitted during booking and membership registration must be correct.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with us and have legal capacity to use Altura´s site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site. If you are aged under 18, and your parents or guardians are not travelling with you, they must email us agreeing to accept responsibility for the booking and all payments due.
